The Wall Squatting – from Zhineng Qigong….
The ancient Wall Squatting exercise is a deceptively simplistic looking exercise; it might even appear slightly childish to some people. Our ancestors, however, have long understood this method to be a fundamental exercise for keeping the Qi channels in and around the spinal and lumbar region clear. It is very effective in alleviating mental and nervous disorders.
I find this exercise very effective for me to maintain my physical health, as I can’t engage in bouncing type of exercise due to torn knee ligament from my younger day soccer training. I also find it very useful for strengthening and recovering my qi after a long exhilarating and strenuous love making session. J
What is Wall Squatting Method?
It was taught and practiced by a few elites during China ancient times, and it was kept secret for millenniums until being rediscovered by Pang Min Loashi in the ancient text; he then introduced this Wall Squatting method to all in China, and subsequently reached out to millions worldwide since 1980′s.
The Benefits
Wall Squatting Method is especially employed to treat neurological disorders in China, the Zhineng Qigong Recovery Centre, also known as medicineless Hospital.
The Method – How to do it?
As the name implies, one faces the wall standing upright with feet together and toes touching the wall. Slowly squat down. Squat as low as one possibly can. Then slowly stand up.
Repeat the stance as many as one possibly can. One word of advice, listen to your body. Start with ten and increase it daily. Experienced practitioners manage to perform 100 squats per session or even more!!

no one commented on this???
It opens all 20 meridians.
It’s the single exercise people have done to cure incurables.
You can skip damn near every other QiGong program and do 100 a day for great benefit.
Ok, the world will catch on in a couple decades.
Thanks for the post.
