“How to be happy and have fun changing the world” – Michael Anthony

Serotonin : fluid from brain.

It is important to realize that your electrochemical nervous system is an AC electrical current that generates an electromagnetic field, which is in infinite in nature. The strength and quality of your electromagnetic field is felt by those surrounding you. As your awareness increase you will realize that you can’t hide your feeling with those you interact with and they can’t hide theirs from you. That is why you have good chemistry with people you enjoy being with and bad chemistry with those that you don’t.

Cranial fluid’s chemistry affected by:

Thoughts, Diet, Exercise, Rest, Environment, Physiology.

True and lasting happiness always come from within. External pleasure never last.

Your thoughts from outside stimuli have two components: facts and emotions. While you may not be able to control the facts you encounter in your life, but if you choose positive emotion, you will be happy.

Reflection:

The secret lies in how we separate the facts from the emotions. The knowledge from Michael Anthony is not new to me… but it takes me years to find a way to develop enough competencies in managing facts and emotions.

Well, some of you may have different opinion to what I am going to share here, alas…. that is ok, so long it works for you…. :)

Head is the agency that manages fact or information from the external world through our 5 senses, and heart is managing our emotions, and when the two converge, we have our thoughts.

Hence I found out that if we able to distinctively manage our brain and our heart, then we are able to decide what kind of emotions should we attach to the facts that we see, hear, smell, taste or feel.

Practicing ZhiNeng Qigong is by far the easier way in helping me to develop this competency in managing my head, heart and thoughts. Regular practicing of ZhiNeng helps me develop my self-awareness through sharpening my thoughts with my keener ‘inner eyes’ looking inwardly from head to toe while synchronise with the external physical movement during the practicing session.

Only when my self-awareness develop, i will then be able to manage our emotions. To me it is a lot easier than the traditional meditation, and it’s more effective than Tai-chi chuan.
